It was fun when I first played through Tales of Symphonia, but after playing Abyss and even Dawn of the New World afterwards, it's definitely shown its age.

Nah, while I liked ToS battle system I just didn't see the point of not having y axis movement, especially since I was already a Star Ocean fan.

The 2D Tales battle systems were always the best. Eternia and Destiny Remake have aged better than the Team Symphonia games.
