The crime?
'I asked the IT department last week to repair my child's laptop. Is it normal to have him take so long? Because it would never be tolerated in a business'

See the thing about the vice principal is she was one of the people who called me daily when I was in hospital over suicide attempt so she's slightly protective of me
I'm expecting that parent to be told she's not to email me anymore which would be nice.

the reality is she doesn't want you to escalate things. you can bet on the other side she is trash talking you to the parent.

This is the same woman who literally told a parent she'd have to leave the building when she screamed at me I 'didn't know anything' when I explained that the school provided laptop was working so the problem most likely seems to be with her home WiFi.
