CC NEEDED a 4th party slot, imo

WAY too many characters, but you're too limited with placement. You have to have the MC, you're going to want a Thief because you need to Steal things, and that leaves you with only 1 more slot that can be filled by 94 people, but you want one of them to be a Magic user

Thats quite a hot take. Idk if Id say Cross is better, but the quality gap between the two is much much much narrower than some Trigger fanboys would care to admit. Worldbuilding, music, visuals, combat/customization and the few developed characters slaps the fuck out of Trigger. But Trigger lacks the glaring flaws Cross has, and Zeal >>>>>>>>>>>>>

Imagine if Ghostbusters 2 was about some random shmoe nobody cared about, took place in Arkansas because Walter Peck somehow took control of New York, Bill Murray and Dan Akroyd were killed off screen before the movie began, and the moral of the story is that the universe wouldve been better off if the original Ghostbusters just left Gozer alone.
