Sometimes youre just googling shit or someone links to reddit from somewhere else. Apollo is great for browsing reddit but its not the default reddit app

twitter, instagram, facebook, tumblr.....they all do it.

reddit is just late to the game.

I hate how apps "streamline the user experience" by essentially just removing all sorts of useful features so that some marketing person could jerk off to the nice clean interface

On Brave for a long time if you clicked that, it'd prompt me to sign in and if you wanted to get rid of the thing that popped up, you'd have to refresh the page. And if you wanted to actually see more you had to hold the link and open it in a new tab.

They fixed that and now you just have to click out of it.

The 'new' interface or whatever opens them in new tabs now though

To earn GameFAQs ire... I use the regular app and pay to avoid advertisements.

I don't have a pc only on mobile but if I want to see a conversation on a game I'm playin and want to see what other people are saying I shouldn't have to be directed to a new page just for two comments.
