Yes. Everyday. And i mean, i guess therapy is supposed to make it easier to cope with and move on from, but... ive spent the last damn near 2 decades plus stuck on it. Feels like happiness is impossible, but thats the nature of trauma and depression, untreated it makes you feel that way

Ever since starting antidepressants I've not really been able to cry unless I am incredibly frustrated/angry.
