40 years old. No pre existing conditions that I was aware of. Leaves behind a 2 year old daughter, 18 year old stepson, and his gf.
They all caught Covid except the 18 year old. His gf was also in the ICU for about a month. He passed after a few months in the hospital on ventilator and ecmo treatment. None were vaccinated. I was at his house 2 days before he found out his family had Covid. I got tested when he told me, and came back negative. I am vaccinated. Absolutely devastating. And most likely preventable... I dont care anymore if it comes off as preaching or rude when I say it. Stop being an idiot, get your fucking shots. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

It still blows my mind how many people are avoiding the vaccine. How can this many people be this stupid? I never had much faith in the intelligence of the average American, but God damn the past 18 months have destroyed whatever little I did have.
