That's a tiny patch.

It was also stupid of them to begin nerfing things in the game left and right while it still felt like half the perks were just broken and outright did not work. Never prioritize nerfing fun over having things function as expected.

Also, why bother with stealth adjustments? They already outright killed the stealth netrunner build, where an endgame character could sit across the street and murk and entire compound through quickhacks. Maintaining stealth through other means just bogs down gameplay speed.

Id rather them pull a No Mans Sky rather than just abandon the game. CP2077 is an amazing concept, and looks really good graphically and has a decent enough story. If they fix it and turn it around thatd be loads better than just abandoning it.
