Normally i do around 4 miles, but i played light basketball on a 90% left ankle and the jumping swelled my left foot slightly, so i did not want to wear my training shoes because they hurt my foot. The sandles have a memory foam so i figured they would be comfortable. I only get blisters when i use them without socks...dunno why i got it w the socks. Really sucks. ... Copied to Clipboard!
