https://gamerant.com/gran-turismo-7-single-player-campaign-internet-connection/
The crux of the issue is that while yes, Gran Turismo 7 will feature a classic GT Campaign mod where individual players will tour properly across Europe in a grand journey, there's a frustrating requirement attached to it. Yamauchi confirms in a Gran Turismo 7 blog post that the racing game's GT Campaign mode will require a persistent internet connection in order to play. In other words, GT Campaign is an online-only single-player mode. GT6 servers only lasted 5 years btw. Same with Driveclub I also want to confirm today that moving forward, PlayStation first-party exclusive cross-gen titles (newly releasing on PS4 & PS5)both digital and physical*will offer a $10 USD digital upgrade option from PS4 to PS5. This will apply to the next God of War and Gran Turismo 7, and any other exclusive cross-gen PS4 & PS5 title published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. and it's $70 to boot. And here's the obligatory screenshot that makes the game look kinda shitty which happens when it's fun to dogpile on a game <img src=""> This used to be the biggest Playstation franchise. --- Kind Regards, Darmik ... What is the reasoning behind making the single player mode require an online connection?
The new Forza Horizon looks way more fun anyways. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
