Admittedly, I played with horizontal inverted for the longest time until I came across some games where that's not an option, so I kind of had to learn to just go with default for that.

I can only do inverted vertical in flying games, and that's only because I have enough sense of how an aircraft controls that it makes sense to me. Using inverted to aim in an FPS drives me insane though.

Some early games forced you to play inverted so I just adapted to it.

Playing non inverted just seems wrong.

Inverted H+V only clicks with me when in third person. When in first person I prefer non-inverted.
