Whatever the market decides.
Or rather, whatever pay level gets a teacher to show up.

Start at the salary of an average childcare provider in your area and then decide what value you think should be placed on educational aspect alone. Then, combine the two.

That formula alone would be a substantial increase for most and the pandemic proved that it absolutely functions as childcare for the general public.
