Yes. Voice-acting, more demons, and three of the endings from the DS version got a extra 8th Day that shows the immediate aftermath of your decision.

Sadly, no. The closest is fighting Metatron as the final boss, and afterwards, the MC leaves to amass a demon army to fight God offscreen.
