Not just in terms of board traffic, but the general age of users was condusive to far better content.

Now everyones either just drinking, talking about their kids/family, or complaining about their lot in life

Madden 2004 PS2 was best board. I remember them having a huge mass ban session afterwards the users moved to a private board that also banned the entire board. I actually have an account from 2002 with LUE activated. It's so long gone though.

LUE is mainly a husk of what it used to be so no big loss there.
