I went low carb for several years (3 years) and i felt like crap not saying it a dumb diet just that it didn't work out for me mentally. it's not like i really need it tho i can maintain my weight while still doing a 70% carb and 30% protein diet (rough estimate). i eat around 1600 calories a day sometimes less too. i understand that eating mostly meat can help decrease weight since they are lower-calorie than a few pieces of bread or whatever. --- Buy Stax <cite>Ratchetrockon posted [p:957614585] in Which woul...
