Which planned infrastructure deal are you most excited for?

There are pretty significant differences between the two deals. The Bipartisan deal mostly targets roads, bridges, expands internet capabilities as well as adding cash to other local governments to disperse to upgrade local areas. The other deal, does this and more, adding money to hospitals and clinics as well as human resource departments such as TANF/SNAP Benefits. Parents would get 4+ years of the enhanced child tax credits with monthly payments throughout the year, should they opt into it instead of one bulk payment in April. This bill also expands the internet capabilities further by reaching and upgrading areas that are still using aging DSL lines instead of fiberoptic cables while also maintaining what the bipartisan bill intends to do, which was upgrade existing internet lines within impacted neighborhoods of slower than the rest of the city network speeds rather than rural areas with non existent or limited internet coverage.
