Asking for a friend who hasn't seen the internet in a few days. He says he's heard mention that out West there are cables that run underground with lightning speed service that never goes down, but the path there is slow and arduous, full of perils and set backs. Only the hardened will find their way to the great fiber optics of lore. I don't want him to risk the road if the internet is as bad as everywhere else. Is it true that you can play youtube without buffering in California? And also, what are the load times like for games like League of Extraordinary Legends? Will my friend's ram finally get the upgrade my friend has longed to install by downloading off of the internet? Will the porn pics finally not take 5 minutes to load in at a time? If all of this is true, I might have to pack up and go with him.
