When a Speedster is going fast it still feels the same to them, right. For example, if they clean up a room in a second that would take an average person an hour to do, it still feels like an hour to them, right? I think I remember something like that from some comic panel in a Flash comic. Something about how he sees everything at normal speed

There was one scan I remember seeing where he went through his whole morning routine at super speed and didnt realize he did. I think the idea is they can conceive time as relative to their movement so they can do what they're doing without missing important details.
