It turns out that his world-saving antics are responsible for fracturing the relationship between his ex-wife and estranged daughter, and he's an ex-marine turned trucker to make ends meet. He becomes embroiled in a series of messed up fights against savage, half-sentient creatures who are attacking towns along his truck route through a crapsack, rundown version of the American midwest over the first four episodes, before the fifth episode has him being called back into active duty by GUN to drive the truck that tries to run Sonic down. Episodes one to four are like the Walking Dead game, the last episode takes that and pits it against "haha woah totally tubular man" Sonic the Hedgehog as he boards down a street. --- But I don't have to make this mistake, and I don't have to stay this way.
