I have been donating plasma recently and i take medicine. I just realized that i am taking a particular medicine that would make me ineligible to donate. I did not realize this before because they use the brand name drug instead of the generic version i get.

I do not NEED the money from donating, but i honestly only make 10k a year and save around $200 a month if i am lucky. I do not know what to do. Part of me wants to stop donating, and i did not donate this week, the other part of me figures that they are probably making a killing off of the plasma anyway so it does not really matter if i lie and take the money. Another thing to consider is that because i just started donating i receive 2x what a normal person gets for donating so the money is pretty good.

What should i do?

I am trying to find a job but i have to work for cash and most places are reluctant to pay me this way. With the money from plasma i can collect it without worrying about losing my health insurance, if i make more than $240 i lose my benefits.
