They always say "You're only bored if you're boring". But in the end the most boring thing is being bored with boring. You can't find a good book, you can't find some beautiful scenery. The point is the journey. The whole point of travelling is to be surprised. If you're not interested in the journey, where is the purpose? Do it for the sake of it. If you always know what you're going to get and it's all the same. I don't like it. So my suggestion is to be completely surprised and have no idea what you're going to get.
I do enjoy looking at the scenery but I enjoy the people and the local knowledge more. When I travel, I'm not looking for what's exotic and I'm not looking for a local person to give me a guided tour. I like the journey. I like it here. ... Copied to Clipboard!
