I watched it until Toonami realized it sucked and pulled it from the network. At no point was it good. It was background noise. And not very good noise either.

I havent watched any of the anime and I dropped the manga a few months ago, but up until then Borts canon content was terrible and just know that this is a monthly manga, so theyll quickly outpace the release schedule and be back to filler.

It'll be like 30 episodes of following the manga, back to side stuff for three years while the manga gets another couple arcs ahead. Overall, compared to Naruto's massive ups and downs, it's been fairly consistent in quality aside from a couple boring-ish side-character mini-arcs though.
