Kombucha 08/26/21 3:48:30 PM #1:	In my neighborhood there is one guy that has burned out on drugs and continues to use. He just walks around all day shouting at the sky and swinging his fists into the air all pissed off. I will say this is an upgrade from the last neighborhood I lived in where there were about 10 of these. Not going to lie, I wish these people would lose their voices from yelling so much. I grew up around pill heads (in Baton Rouge), so I can usually spot one. Either spun out on adderall or smacked out on OC.
