An attorney for Pentland said he is looking into challenging the decision.
"We are of course disappointed with the judge's decision and are looking into further pursuing legal remedies to challenge the decision," Benjamin Stitely said in a statement.

Based on the abysmally insufficient context given from this short video/article, it seems that perhaps the guy that got pushed in this video was harassing someone elses daughter/son.

The bottom of the article even mentions this victim has had other multiple incidents of harassment against him lol.

The department claimed the victim has an "underlying medical condition that may explain the behavior exhibited in the alleged incidents."

I think he has some kind of mental illness. My aunt has down syndrome and one of my nephews is autistic. Sometimes they just don't understand personal space.
