Moderna and Pfizer are pretty much the same thing. I don't know much about J&J, but it's still much better than nothing.

Moderna has the better efficacy against delta. Id lean that way if you are just starting your shots. Followed by Pfizer and Id take J&J only if no other options.

Pfizer 1st dose gave me a sore arm. 2nd dose did nothing at all.you'd be surprised how big a difference having a competent tech doing the injection can make for how sore your arm will be when you're done. had a tech give me a flu shot a few years back and i'm pretty sure they either scraped the bone or nicked a nerve because my arm hurt for two weeks. also make sure to relax the muscle. a good tech will palpate the site and tell you to relax if you haven't yet. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam. Sounds like Moderna is the best, but Pfizer is pretty much nipping at the heels. Johnson and Johnson is good, but has some problems with bloodclotting for women >___>
