For example my career. I need to leave health care and go into the food and cooking business. But I have no idea what path I should take to get there.

culinary school is a good start, but you'll end up working in a restaurant right after anyway
work weekends in a restaurant maybe, unless you're ready to quit your job then do it full time (try it first... restaurants suck)

Being a full time in a skill position at a restaurant, more often than not, leads to a schedule so hilarious that you'd think you're a worker drone. Especially in the Back of House.

As in, 70 hours a week wednesday through sunday lol

I know, its the hard but sure way. But Im 36 soon and it feels late to go that way.

But my goal isnt to work back at some restaurant cookint some crap chefs shitty food for ppl that kinda doest care.
