All while bringing the country down by keeping the pandemic ongoing. Biden should honestly pull a page out of Trumps playbook, if these trash states don't improve their vaccination rates, then the federal government should withhold some financial support to them. For example of Texas and Florida want to no restrictions and let the pandemic run wild, they should be punished accordingly.
