Game wise not much that we didn't know besides WPN stores getting promos with their name printed on the card, and the Commander Parties. There was the Netflix sound early in the stream so I assume that show is still happening?

Commander Collection Black doesn't look as nice as Green. Really stupid that Ophiomancer even reached double digits but whatever. Oh and I don't know if they were already announced, but Pioneer is getting 4 Challenger decks for 2021.

What the fuck Commander Legends Baldur's Gate isn't something I saw on any leaks. I was bothered that the DnD set has OC's and not more actual characters, so this kinda fixes that for me. Set stuff so far(I'll get some of these names wrong):

Kamigawa Neon Dynasty announced. I wonder if what I'm feeling right now is how Khans timeline Tarkir fans feel, because holy shit I hate it almost as much as the Fortnite thing I just saw.

Streets of New Capenna announced. Modern urban fantasy setting, their take on a gangster setting? And I think they said 5 crime families you get to pick at a pre-release.

Same here. I was hoping to be able to donpaper for innistrad but it looks like a no go. But the new sets keep growing on me the longer i let them sit in my head. Im surprised at two big city more modern style sets back to back. Set in two seperate planes no less. But I do love both of those aesthetics so im a little hyped.

And then double Dominaria sets in a row is dope! I expected them to be starting to deal with phyrexia sooner instead of a full brothers war set in the past expansion. I have no idea about the showcase styles. Well actually old border cards I think is a given. Especially for brothers war.

But this year is like a full weird sci fi fantasy blend. Two sets in big skyscraper filked cities, and double Dominaria which has always had the semi scifi past full of robots, with one of them being entirely about the high tech past war. Plus a literally sci fi themed unset, along with moving the story towards sci fi hirrir New Phyrexia. It looks cool but really starting to blur tge lines of fantasy here. And im super surprised we got mobster world before wild west world.

MTG has always had tech and scifi, nothing we've seen is anything new or out of place.

Oh I know. I started with Scars of Mirrodin. Ive been waiting for some more cool dark scifi vibes, and I think it looks great. I just meant how we are going to have 4 sets in a row with some level of it. Especially with 2 skyscraper filled worlds in a row.
