January 2019. Screen cracked a few weeks after I got it. Never got it fixed until November 2020 when the microphone wouldn't work and the charge port was loose. Screen cracked again in April this year when dropping off my laptop for repair, I literally walked out of the store and it fell out of my pocket onto the sidewalk two feet from the door. Microphone doesn't work again and the charge port is still loose. I got a bluetooth headset a few days ago so I can have a microphone and not get it fixed again.

About 3.5 years. Samsung J3. The headphone jack stopped working and it lags sometimes but other than that it works fine.
