That reminds me of an episode of 6Teen where one character takes a massive dump that clogs the toilet at one of their friend's house and she's too afraid to leave the bathroom.

Haven't had the penis thing but i've had dreams where I ripped my own teeth out chewing like taffy or something and it physically hurt me because I guess my brain remembered the pain of the dentist....

Definitely could be, have had this easily hundreds of times in my life. Never recall waking up and not being able to move though, unless that's more of a movie thing and it doesn't happen like that.

sleep paralysis is a completely different feeling. some people hallucinate. I don't, it just feels like I try to move with all my effort and can't or barely can at all if I actually can. and there's a sense of dread that goes with it.
