And RAGE and Mad Max and a little bit of Remnant: From the Ashes and Warframe like... it is reminiscent of so many things wtf.

From ME 2 onward I played Vanguard in Mas Effect and I played trickster in Outriders and its a similar thing. In ME 2 and 3 you get a little time freeze to blast people after charging and the trickster is built around charging and then slowing the enemy with a melee attack magic that slows and blasting them or putting down a big bubble that slows all bullets and enemies so they can wreck house on the people in and outside of the bubble as they dodge the bullets.

That sounds useful as hell. I'm playing as a Technomancer but I've been saved by freezing and slow effects a *lot*.
