SRPG is the term that gets used, but TRPG would be more accurate for most of those games, since they tend to lack the strategy layer of a game like Xcom

I feel like there is a diff between simple 2d flat plane FE vs games like tactics, xcom

There isn't that much strategy in FE besides aggro ranges.

I suppose you could argue that there's a strategical layer in a game like FE where you have EXP from enemies as a resource you need to manage and plan over the course of a playthrough. But that's a bit of a stretch, and only really relevant for harder challenges.
