But yeah the anime goes into a different arc full bringer arc that just suddenly ends, when in the manga there is one more arc The Quincy War arc. The big reason for this is because Bleach took a major drop in popularity (in both manga and anime sales) that ultimately led to it's "cancellation". The anime is coming back (with Kubo's involvement), but we have no idea which studio it's going to be animating it or when it's going to premiere.

Im gonna put something in spoilers that might not be, but just in case.

Im not sure what is left in the anime after Aizen besides Fullbring, but Fullbring isnt a great place to leave off. However, theyre is soon going to be an anime revival that will adapt the last arc.

You only had 1 canon season left, so sure why not.

Episode 310 should've been the end of the Aizen arc, which you saw. Just skip everything after that, and watch from 342 to the ending.

The anime should be coming back soon-ish anyway to adapt the last arc of the manga, but there's no release date announced or anything yet. May as well catch up in time for that.

Everything after the Pain arc is bad.

Well, the immediate next arc was good. But *then* everything was bad.

On top of that, Shippuden is 500 episodes long, and the Pain arc ended on 175... And they mix the filler with canon, so it's hard to skip a lot of stuff. It's just a miserable experience. Def read the manga if you care about the story.
