I brought my 2 hybrid, 7 iron, sand wedge, putter. Putter was first time using it on a green, bought it a few weeks ago and finally showed up. Not sure how I like it...

5th hole I was putting for birdie. On the drive I went 2 hybrid of course, and in maybe the first time ever I hit an intentional draw that went where I wanted. Turned in the face just a hair, got a good 210-220 carry and a 20-30 yard roll far right of the fairway. Second hit again 2 hybrid, get it on the skirt of the green, 25 yard putt. First put only goes like 15 yards. I misread green, a slight uphill. Bah. Second putt for birdie and I end up about a foot wide and 2 foot long. 3 putt for par.

7th hole was a triple bogey disaster. On drive get in bunker on left of fairway. Chip out but only go forward about 15 feet. Back to the 2 and end up about 120 yards from the hole. My wedge is good for about 80, my 7 is good for 150. I lay off but miss left, into a bunker again. Wedge out to get to the skirt, 15 yards. Way overshoot first and go 5 yards past. putt, get it within a foot and knock it i for triple bogey.

14th I almost made an awesome chip. 135 yards to hole. 7 iron, go long, get the deep bunker. Chip out, dead on, just a bit too much beans on it. Rolls right over hole and stops about 10' later. 2 putt for bogey.

I'm telling ya'll, golf is a great old man sport.
