I assume that is missing in the PS4 release, and I should wait to play it on PC? The plus version makes it so that the game boots up on a virtual console PC so that you can do these things on a console. Unfortunately it also uses the virtual computer in the PC's plus version as well, taking away some of the charm in my opinion. You should just play the original PC version --- Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. If you want the spooky meta lore, you get that from solving puzzles to access hidden files in the virtual desktop.
