You know when you were a kid and you'd stare at a light source just a little too long and wind up with spots across your vision?

It's like that, but it cannot be cleared and its accompanied by the worst feeling of nausea and occasional vomiting because of the nausea.

Doctor has me NOT wearing my mouth guard until we figure it out, doesn't know if it's somehow preventing pressure on my occipital nerve from releasing at night.

This shit sucks. Daily chronic pain sucks. Im not suicidal, but I'm definitely less concerned with my safety and well being at this point when seemingly every moment is filled with pain or anticipating when it will return again. Can't get more than 4-5 hours of sleep a night and I imagine that's probably compounding the issue right now.

Those are literally my biggest weakness. I used to get them more frequently a few years ago before I learned how to chill out but I still get them if I let myself get really stressed out.

Though I did recently get one while I was just chilling and playing video games which was a bummer. There went my Friday night. And pretty much my Saturday too (even after the migraine passes, I still feel exhausted )
