Uh does Binacle have something going for it I'm not aware of?

Biancle has a host of weakness that Vigoroth can exploit, while Biancle only really has access to Brick Break and would have to tank the first hit in order the get one off.

This only goes Biancle's way if Vigoroth does not have at least one fighting, ground, grass, or electric move; Tough Claws [ability] and Brick Break are Biancle's go to move in this battle.

Binacle has a few things going for it. It gets access to Eviolite since it's not fully evolved. It also gets access to one of the best set-up moves in Shell Smash. It gets a pretty nice ability in Tough Claws. It has access to some pretty nice Fighting-type moves like Brick Break and Cross Chop.

Vigoroth on the other hand doesn't get as many neat things. It also gets access to Eviolite. It has Vital Spirit which is better than Truant but it would like a better ability. It has some nice attacks in Hammer Arm, Focus Punch, Earthquake, Body Slam, and Solar Beam which is a nice option for exploiting that x4 weakness to Grass than Binacle has.

While Binacle does have a few neat tricks, what lets Binacle down is it's stats. There's not enough of them and they're too balanced. It lacks the power to do anything without Shell Smash and it's not tanky enough to use many other items over Eviolite and even then it can still be OHKO'd with a Focus Punch or a Sp. Atk invested Vigoroth with Solar Beam + Power Herb.
