Yeah all games should just have cross play whenever possible

the reason they give for not having cross-play is...that different consoles have different buttons.

Every game should let you rebind keys and for games that dont you should be able to rebind them in the console settings and the console should remember your controller settings for all games played.

pretty sure the switch, ps4/5 and x1/s/x lets you rebind the controls on a system level, but it's also system level and not game by game

I'm reading a lot of complaints about how the game doesn't seem to be ready yet- like they won't be able to really get it ready by September. Have you had any serious bugs yet? No I didnt run into bugs at all. Not saying they arent there but I got a paladin to 20 and a sorc to 12 or so without bugs. Worst thing I experienced was a bit of a bit of rubberbanding occasionally since the beta is online only, that probably happened 3-4 times total.

Oh I was wrong I did encounter a bug! My paladin got stuck at the outer cloister. One of the doors didnt open properly and I got stuck trying to walk through it. Took a few moments of troubleshooting until I realized I could cast a town portal from my hotkey and that gave me control of my character again.
I know those doors were really buggy in the original game code as well. Sometimes they open and you can walk through but they still appear closed. This was the note I started keeping just to give them feedback, lol  --- my resting temp can easily be in the 90's -Krazy_Kirby ... Copied to Clipboard!

The only thing I've seen posted about doors is that they are super hard to see on the mini map. I think this might of only been for Act 2 though.
