DepreceV2 08/10/21 8:58:29 PM #5:	Yep. Its a classic that should be watched. It wont be as good as the hype because it was made decades ago and the story isnt amazing. It was fantastic for its time though. I think you should watch the Funimation original dub though just for the music. I know many will say the Kai music and pacing is better but getting the original experience might be worth it the first time. If you can somehow get the Ocean Dub episodes up until Goku vs Jeice and Burter then that would be great because now you have the original 90s kid experience --- Reminder: On March 2nd, 2021, Texas removed mask mandates and allowed 100% capacity for businesses. <cite>DepreceV2 posted [p:956968441] in Never seen... Many of the episodes that have canon story progress also have a lot of useless padding in the middle of them. I'm talking episodes with 4 minutes of actual plot and 18 minutes of screaming and powering up. Kai trims all of the filler out, including the filler that was tied in with the canon episodes. The original DBZ was 291 episodes in total, while Kai is 158 episodes in total, meaning that over 40% of the entire original series' runtime is worthless filler. It's a huge waste of time.
