That sounds unlikely honestly. He probably drank a poisoned drink / date rape drug. That doesn't mean the girl he went home with is the one who raped him or that he was raped at all but that is not normal black out drunk behavior.

It's possible.

Some men have been victims of being drugged during dates and hookups. It's just not commonly regarded in the west as severe or as credible of an experience as the female equivalent because:

• men are less likely to believe they've been victimized or recognize that's what actually happened (severity of experience might not register)
• men are significantly less likely to be believed compared to women (who can also still be met with common skepticism despite being more likely to be believed)
• by raw stats, women are just simply more likely to be victims of drugging and sexually assault due to various factors
• popularized rightwing AND leftwing political narratives that declare male victims are a myth or insignificant (not worth resources), this includes male-on-male cases
• a man's individual anatomy can sometimes actually reduce the effectiveness of the drug, meaning he's less likely to get fully victimized beyond the dose
• Duluth model-esque definitions in institutional use (ie: "guilty until proven innocent for men; innocent until proven guilty for women and a slap on wrist ").
• gender norms (propagated by men and women) shaming male victims from coming forward
• men not bothering to report in general, largely due to contributing factors above.

If he really believes he's been sexually victimized while drugged, he should probably contact police. However, I'm not sure if authorities will consider something like an enema used without consent on a male victim severe enough to charge without the perpetrator straight up admitting she's guilty of it in front of said authorities (yes, huge double standard there). If she's arrogant enough, she could out herself. But without proof besides admission...I doubt his claim would get far legally. Which, if true, is probably why she would pull such an offense. She knew she could get away with it.
