I was halfway through the ice temple and dropped the game. Also, it's important to note that I am not in love with this game.

I like it well enough, but I do not have the adoration for it that so many others do...which is why I stopped playing it halfway through a dungeon about a year ago in the first place.

I do like it enough to want to finish it though

I think it is easier and faster to restart. I started playing and I kept getting lost so I quit When I went back to it, I started at the beginning and paid better attention to where I was going. Your issue may be different but i think you will also find yourself doing better if you start from the beginning.

I'm not sure on the order of dungeons that you did, but you might be relatively close to the end depending on the path that you went (I think maybe a couple more dungeons..?). If you're really lost, it might be better to restart. I find I mostly restart games after not playing a long time when I only go a couple of hours into it. I can definitely relate to not really liking this particular game a lot as well. I did have to push through to beat it when I did a couple of years ago for the first time.

I turned on Ocarina of Time a while ago and couldn't remember where I had left off. After fifteen minutes of wandering around, I figured out I was about to enter the Forest Temple.

A decade ago, I stopped playing because I remembered what a gut-punch it was that Link's implied childhood crush would never grow up.

I forget if LTTP shows the dungeons in the area but surely you can just get the flute and check them all out

Every Zelda game has a point where I kind of start losing interest.
