This looks outstanding. No matter how many mods you installed, Skyrim's combat always felt clunky and outdated. This is awesome. Dude has some weeb character model in the video but does a good job showing the mod.

Well the appeal is the customizable character, play style, and plot. Also the setting. I haven't played Sekiro but probably will one day. Is the story linear?

I really like it

For some reason my Skyrim game won't open in Full Screen anymore, and I don't know what happened. I had it Uninstalled for a bit, and then went to play it again and it's only in Window

Nice, but would've been a bit better if they'd been able to fix the way the character was wielding the spear.

Maybe Bethesda could pick up this person to work for them on ES6? If it ever happens, that is.

Yeah, even when I see games like Overwatch and all the costumes the characters have in them, the game is played in the first-person, so you rarely see your character in that outfit.

That's a cool new way to play Skyrim. It's a matter of preference for who would enjoy this mod. I think it's awesome you can choose between all the mods for Skyrim in 1st person and now 3rd person is being made worth while.

Looks like you can probably turn that off - settings menu at 1:08 has sections for target lock, though they don't show that specific section (and I'm watching without audio right now).

Haven't played in years, might have to try a playthrough with this.

Ah. It's better in a lot of aspects. But I started like jank over making every game feel the same. This just looks like everything else. Jank makes me have to work for it. These are now autopilot games, because you've played so many that you figure it out immediately. But the non auto homing would help a lot. Dancing around foes and attacking. Skyrim isn't set up like a Souls game where everything is built to screw you over while you try to accomplish the core gameplay.

I realize all this is personal by the way. I don't think I'm better than anyone who prefers this over what I like.

Ive been using it since it launched. Super well made, works right out of the box and is entirely customizable.

Slotted it into a playthrough with 400+ mods with no issue.

Legendary is significantly more difficult in the early game. You need to rely on followers, use poisons, use the environment tactically, and stay away from mages. Later it won't matter so much unless you get sloppy. When nothing hurts you much for a while you get complacent and then forget something like the only reason you survived those mages was that you had Enchanting 100 resist magic/fire/shock gear and then you took it off for fortify carry or something.


Yeah, I'm later lol. Expert is barely distinguishable from adept. The only thing I notice is it takes quite a bit longer to kill things with magic but I only really do that if I can't be bothered to waste charges on my weapons. I'm level 130ish. Each weapon hits close to 1k, health is over 1k, magic resosts are pretty high but I don't think maxed (I could swap out 2nd weapon for a shield with resist if I needed), armor barely even drops below max when I reset/legendary the skill lol. Sometimes I even jump off cliffs just to hurt myself a lot so I can get a few grand heals in to raise restoration slightly >_>

I just haven't haven't tried legendary difficulty yet because I only recently bumped up to expert. Big swarms of enemies could end up being a pain, but I still have room to improve. Haven't enchanted follower gear for the most part, looking to get one of those permathrall conjuration spells but just got to master level. My gear is basically general all-around, so if need be, I can make more specialized stuff. I think I'll be fine though.

Legendary changes the game if youve never played it that way. Played it through as a sword and board orc and a glass cannon illusionist. Played mage / legendary a lot actually because its got a unique hook I like.

Playing a mage on legendary, I like to get a melee follower, Bartlby the dog and use an atronach then play as a platoon leader. Grab buffs and companion heals, debuff spells against the enemies then control the field. Its a lot of fun.

Around level 20-ish, I can drop the follower with the sword and board, but stick with them playing mage.
