How do I know if someone has something I can Steal?
Is there any reason to not Recruit at a higher level? If I take an action and dont move, will that unit get their next turn quicker? --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

To unlock a new Job that requires multiple ones do they need to be all on one person? For example if a Ninja requires Knight 3 and Monk 4, it has to be on the person and not 1 unit thats a 3 Knight and another one thats a Monk 4 --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

iirc, pretty much everyone has something Stealable unless you've seen them use the Item in combat already.
Recruiting at higher level locks in growth within that class. Mixed blessing; tbh I tended to ignore growths and just focus on mixing up job combos to get the builds I wanted. And yes, not-moving or not-acting is CT retention and makes for a faster subsequent turn. Job unlocks are for that unit. Game's a blast! It's a love letter to FFT, lmao. the first major boss battle has huuuuge Queklain vibes. --- Remember that I won't rest, 'til we share the same tense Just know, to me, you're better late than never again. ...
