How do I know if someone has something I can Steal?

Is there any reason to not Recruit at a higher level?

If I take an action and dont move, will that unit get their next turn quicker?

Combat is a bit too slow for me right now.

To unlock a new Job that requires multiple ones do they need to be all on one person? For example if a Ninja requires Knight 3 and Monk 4, it has to be on the person and not 1 unit thats a 3 Knight and another one thats a Monk 4

iirc, pretty much everyone has something Stealable unless you've seen them use the Item in combat already.

Recruiting at higher level locks in growth within that class. Mixed blessing; tbh I tended to ignore growths and just focus on mixing up job combos to get the builds I wanted.

And yes, not-moving or not-acting is CT retention and makes for a faster subsequent turn.

Job unlocks are for that unit.

Game's a blast! It's a love letter to FFT, lmao. the first major boss battle has huuuuge Queklain vibes.
