I can cook just about anything if I have a recipe, therexare very few things i can cook with no recipe I need directions to follow I will say there is so few things I can cook without a recipe that I might as well say I cant cook with out a recipe to follow

i can follow a recipe just fine. my techniques are pretty basic, so anything "advanced" i'd probably struggle with. i'm not very experienced with baking at all so many terms (ie 'folding') im ignorant to.

I can put chicken or fish in the oven and microwave some rice and frozen vegetables. I can also make pasta with sauce from a jar and put steak/burgers on a grill.
I did try to make my own Alfredo sauce from scratch once and it came out pretty good. I've also made new england clam chowder from scratch. That was alright. I was following recipes for those. tl;dr: not really. --- I should go. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Got sick of the frozen food aisle in grad school. Enrolled in cooking classes hoping in part to meet women. All my classmates were men. It was no issue that half also were gay, but that was a fact. Yeah, I can cook pretty decently ngl. A stainless steel pan and a thermometer stepped my game up 5x.
