When ordered to follow all laws, per agreement to his bail, the defendant stated that he wasn't going to wear a mask. So the Judge made him a deal. Fine, don't wear a mask, but when you come to his court house, you better damned well put one on. (For the staff's safety) But the defendant claimed that Texas doesn't have an indoor mask policy and furthermore "he didn't believe he could get anyone sick". The Federal Judge was quick to remind the defendant that he didn't give a shit about what Texas does, in His court room, you'll do as he says. He finished by saying to the defendant that "he doesn't make the rules." The following day, the defendant was arrested at his home where Federal Agents confirmed that at least 1 person in his home has COVID-19.
