The survey, conducted from Friday through Monday, found that 59 percent of registered voters said that President Bidens policies were either very responsible or somewhat responsible for the increasing inflation, with 28 percent believing the administration was not too responsible or not responsible at all. Looking at other questions you can notice that white people making less than 50k skew the most against Biden, while 50k-100k is pretty close, and then once you get up to 100k+ it skews back to being favorable opinion of Biden.
