What's your favorite world in Donkey Kong Country?






I think any one of them has a decent argument, but I think I'd go Vine Valley. Gorilla Glacier and Kremkroc Industries are up there too.

I'd probably agree with that. Outside of Trick Track Trek, none of those levels are that special to me.

Kongo Jungle is such a strong opening set of levels.

The game really does start with a strong foot forward, especially in 1994 when the game first came out.

Vine Valley is fun.

Atmosphere is what makes DKC memorable to me, and Vine Valley best exemplifies it.

Kongo Jungle.

I think it's mostly because I really only played DKC as a kid and I wasn't great at it, so I just barely made it into Vine Valley. And I remember hating Vine Valley because of Tree Top Town which was my absolute roadblock.
