They slowly raised that over time, 220, 250 and then suddenly they had a revamp of the whole system and expect us to hit 400 packages/hour. A few of our lazy employees transferred over to an FC after they had moved some schedules around. One of them got written up twice in his first week for not being back at his station on time. T3 Employees (usually assistant management positions) got an even more substantial bump to like $22. I'm already doing T3 work as a T1, but there's not spots for me to really fill. I'd raise a big stink about it, but at the same time it's better than doing all the physical labor on the floor, and i have a nice desk with a multi monitor set up and no one really bothers me with too much stuff. Delivery Stations handle the packaged item and are the final location before the item is delivered to the customer. All the Level 4+ Managers talk the most shit about Associates, other managers, processes, and most of all higher level leadership. I don't think I've been purposely omitting any information to try and paint Amazon in a better light because why would I? And yes people aren't treated very well at the bottom levels at Amazon, I myself am a victim of that, I should have been promoted a long time ago, but the system sucks. I started this Ama because I thought people would want a different perspective other than "I don't get bathroom breaks" or "I fell asleep on the floor because I didn't have time to walk to my car."
