A few times
Anytime I've interviewed and asked what are the biggest problems, if I hear the name of someone or a position or department name then I leave. I don't like the idea of working an IT department that has bad customer service ... Copied to Clipboard!

I've considered doing so before, those stupid ones at a mall where you know they scheduled too many people expecting others to no show so you wait like 40 minutes when you showed up 10 minutes early.

Kinda? Twice same guy was a no show to interview me for the job. Sat there awkwardly wacthing the waitress do busy work while the place was dead.

No, I've been in interviews that I've realized 5 minutes in I'm way over qualified or it's not a great fit at all. But I still see them through, it's 30-40 minutes tops so not a big deal to tough it out.

Misleading job posting, and finding out after about 10 minutes of interviewing that it was strictly a commission job. I'll never work without a guaranteed set amount of money that i'll be making. I wasn't rude about it, but I stood up, extended my hand to shake his and told him I have no interest in a commission based job and left.
