A woman who went there to end her life, successfully jumped to hear death from an upper story balcony. Unfortunately, this sad story doesn't end there. You see, on her way down, she hit a fellow who happened to be passing by, just walking on the sidewalk minding his own business. He was an elderly man, around 75, although the police couldn't tell that upon initial investigation. At first, it was thought the couple had made some crazy suicide death pact and leapt together, but later through the advances of science, experts were able to show that while the unfortunate fellow that got hit by the Jumper retained his shoes, the Jumper's footwear exploded off of her feet on impact. Hopefully he's all right and it's just some stupid sewer pipeline issue because those gases can get blocked off and explode in extremely rare cases. Thing is, in a city with a sewer system that huge, it'll be more likely to happen there than smaller cities.
