Daily Simply Questions. Rant Wednesday. Victory Sunday. Repeat.

They've come up with a rule for literally every conceivable topic of conversation, so now all that happens is recurring daily threads. Even within the recurring threads, usually the answer to a question is "read the sidebar".

Is this better? I don't think this is better.

I still see individual topics in there, and it makes sense for a board with heavy traffic, made mostly of people asking very things, to round up simple questions into single threads. Else you have a forum with a lot of the same topic.

Agreed. And the rare few that arent daily threads will just be a repost of the top 5 posts of all time, fishing for karma. And its ok because the last time it was posted was 2 months ago and some people might not have seen it yet

I understand that but it gets super sterile. When the principle is "no reposts" or no previously asked question on a forum you basically shut down all conversation completely.

I follow some other fitness subs that have better communities, but perhaps not as good resources for info.
